Maison Ether fragrances are crafted with intention and artistry; minor variations are a natural part of handcrafted perfumery.

  • Prices may change without prior notice

  • Payments must be completed through approved and secure payment gateways

  • Maison Ether does not store your card or payment details

Orders will only be confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

5. Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to pricing errors, stock limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity

  • In case of cancellation after payment, a refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, location, or external factors

  • Maison Ether is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or regulatory restrictions

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon successful delivery

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of fragrance products:

  • Opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return

  • Refunds or replacements may only be considered for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received
