1. Shipping Locations

Currently, Maison Ether ships within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

  • During high-demand periods or product launches, processing times may be extended

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation notification with tracking details (where applicable).


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be communicated on the website or during checkout

Maison Ether reserves the right to revise shipping charges without prior notice.


5. Delivery Partners

We work with reliable third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once an order is handed over to the courier, Maison Ether is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping partner.


6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that:

  • The shipping address provided is complete and accurate

  • Contact details are correct and reachable

Maison Ether is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Re-shipping costs, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.


7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe or appears lost in transit, please contact us promptly. We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and assist to the best of our ability.


8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please do not accept the package, if possible

  • If accepted, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details

Claims raised after this period may not be eligible for resolution.


9. Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched. Tracking updates depend on the courier partner’s system and may take time to reflect.


10. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

  • Customer unavailability

Maison Ether may process a re-shipment or refund at its discretion after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges.
