1. Order Cancellation
a. Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within the standard processing timeline.
2. No Return Policy for Opened Products
Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products:

Opened, used, or tampered perfumes are not eligible for return or refund

This policy is in place to ensure hygiene, safety, and product integrity
We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
3. Refunds & Replacements (Eligible Cases)
Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following situations:

You receive a damaged product

To be eligible:

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Clear photos or videos of the product and outer packaging must be provided

Once your claim is verified:

A refund may be processed to the original payment method
Maison Ether reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution.

6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

Minor packaging variations that do not affect product integrity

Fragrance preferences or dissatisfaction based on scent profile

Delays caused by courier partners beyond our control

Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
7. Failed Deliveries & Returned Orders
